How One-on-One Sessions Work
One-on-one sessions may be experienced as a single meeting or as an ongoing practice. Some people come once, others return over time; both are welcome. There is no required cadence or prescribed arc.
Sessions are responsive and relational, shaped by what is present in the moment rather than a predetermined agenda. Attention is placed on lived experience as it unfolds — sensation, emotion, insight, and intuition — allowing the work to meet you where you are.
Depending on what arises, sessions may draw from a range of practices, including but not limited to:
Somatic awareness and activation
Trauma-informed emotional presence
Energetic attunement (Reiki)
Intuitive inquiry and reflection
Breath, movement, and stillness
Relational presence and reflective listening
