Hi, I’m Michaela

a mindfulness-based emotional awareness and personal growth guide.

I believe we are all connected, and that every person holds a unique power within them. When we live as our most honest, free, and wild selves, we share our gifts and make the world more loving and peaceful for all.

My work is to help people reconnect with their own hearts, where inner wisdom, emotional clarity, and nervous-system safety live— supporting them in building the courage and confidence to follow their authentic path. When we listen inward, love becomes louder than fear. When we follow the unseen path of what lights us up, we become a light for the world.

I share the psychological, somatic, and spiritual tools and support that helped me move from struggling, to surviving, to living with greater peace, purpose, emotional resilience, and joy.

I dream of a world that is more compassionate and just — where, at the very least, everyone’s basic needs are met. That world is possible. And it begins with how we choose to live.

I’m here for anyone ready to reconnect with their love, their voice, and their vision — and to claim the power that has always been theirs.

We are not separate.

Science shows that plants, animals, and people share the same basic building blocks. Many spiritual traditions teach that life comes from a shared source.

However you understand how we got here, one truth remains: every living being is part of the same living system. What we do to the planet — and to each other — matters.

We are interconnected.

We can’t control everything. But we are not powerless.

Science shows that our brains can change. Our habits can shift. Our bodies respond to how we live. We are capable of growth, healing, and learning.

Many spiritual traditions teach that we carry a creative force within us — the ability to love, build, repair, and imagine something better.

Even in real and difficult circumstances, we can shape our thoughts, our choices, and the direction of our lives — and influence the world around us.

We all have an inner guidance system.

In many cultures, we are taught to trust outside voices or to overthink everything in our heads. But both science and spiritual traditions suggest that our bodies and hearts carry important information.

When we slow down and pay attention inward, we often find clarity.

The most reliable guidance for a meaningful and positively influential life comes from tuning into your body, your emotions, and your heart — rather than outsourcing your truth.

Part of my work is helping you untangle what is truly yours from what you’ve absorbed from others, and supporting you as you learn to trust and live from your own inner wisdom.

There are practical tools that help us grow.

Science shows that our brains and behaviors can change. Spiritual traditions remind us that meaningful change takes intention and practice.

These tools support your mind, body, and heart, helping you build clarity, confidence, and direction.

Even while deeply loved and supported, I spent much of my early life in severe depression.

Over time, with the right tools and support, I moved from struggling, to surviving, to living with greater peace, passion, purpose, and joy.

I still experience difficult emotions, but they no longer overwhelm me. They come and go with greater ease. I remain grounded, connected, and safe.

I didn’t believe change was possible until I experienced it myself. It did not happen overnight. It happened through practice, support, and a commitment to growth.

Now, it is my honor and joy to support others.

My work is devoted to helping people return to their hearts through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional expression — so they can live and love from that grounded place.

I was born deeply sensitive and deeply fortunate. I felt the world intensely, and for many years that sensitivity felt like a burden rather than a gift. I struggled — disconnected from my body, nervous system, and intuition, judging myself for what I felt, and enduring experiences that created disease in a nervous system already overwhelmed.

Eventually, my body made it impossible to ignore my truth. A diagnosis became a turning point. I learned that when emotions are suppressed rather than processed, they do not disappear — they live on in our bodies and shape our lives.

With access to resources and care that far too many are denied, I learned the tools that steadied and saved me.

Trauma-informed mental health and nervous-system regulation work gave me stability. Spiritual practice gave me faith in a Higher power. Somatic work brought me home to my body. Energy work helped me hone the skills to connect with my innate Divinity. Together, they allowed me not just to survive, but to live from love, reverence, and gratitude.

Today, I weave psychological tools, nervous system regulation, somatic healing, spiritual practices, and embodiment work into one grounded path of personal growth and emotional wellbeing.

My intention is to make these tools accessible so that heart-led living is not a privilege, but a possibility for all beings.

My Background & Approach

People often come here because they want to understand themselves more clearly and live with greater intention.

Through this work, many begin to notice:

  • reacting less automatically in emotional moments

  • understanding why certain patterns repeat

  • feeling steadier during uncertainty or transition

  • trusting their own inner signals more

  • navigating relationships with more clarity

  • making decisions from grounded awareness rather than fear

  • building a life that feels aligned with their dreams — with more ease, gratitude, and inner coherence

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s greater awareness, choice, and alignment over time.

This space is an invitation to live in alignment with your inner wisdom. When we do, love becomes the ground we stand on and the world we build together.

“I will not rescue you,

For you are not powerless.

I will not fix you.

For you are not broken.

I will not heal you.

For I see in you, wholeness.

I will walk with you through darkness,

As you remember your light.”
